Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to file an official complaint about the treatment I received from the ITA Airways Manager at Dubai Airport.
On 09.09.2026, I had already purchased a valid ticket for my ITA Airways flight and successfully completed online check-in. Despite having complete and correct documentation, the ITA Airways Manager in Dubai (N⁷ame: Mohammad) denied me access to the aircraft during boarding without any comprehensible explanation.
As a result of this action, I was unable to board my booked flight, forcing me to purchase a new ticket at a very high price. This not only resulted in significant additional costs for me, but also caused me considerable stress and inconvenience.
I therefore request:
1. A written explanation for the denied boarding.
2. A full refund of the costs incurred for the unused ticket and the newly purchased ticket.
3. An official apology for the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable time, I will be forced to submit the case to the relevant consumer and aviation authorities.
I hope for a quick and fair resolution to this incident.
